Seller looking for someone involved in pressure treating of wood for outdoor posts, rails, logs, etc. who might be interested in Olympic-brand stains from the Pittsburgh Paint product line. OR, for that matter, anyone who might be the end user of the product. Buyer would preferably be in Canada but some U.S. destinations might work. The stain would be FOB by container from U.S. midwest. HEAT & COOL SYSTEMS
Ductless Mini-Splits. These systems are one of the fastest growing product groups for a long established company. There are many reasons for this increasing popularity but, overall, the key is flexibility. They allow air conditioning (and heating with heat pump models) to be added quickly, conveniently and economically. Ductless mini-split systems are a great solution to a wide variety of installation challenges, giving contractors the ability to put air conditioning (and heat with heat pump models) in locations that previously seemed impossible. They are ideal when installing ductwork is difficult, prohibitively expensive, or simply impractical. Both residential and commercial structures, new construction and existing buildings are candidates for mini-splits. Basically a mini-split does away with the need for ductwork. Like a regular split system A/C or heat pump, the condenser is located outdoors; one or more air handlers are placed indoors. The two are connected by electrical and refrigerant lines that run through a small hole in an exterior wall, generally 3" in diameter or less. In addition to eliminating the need for ducting, one of the other big advantages to mini-split systems is true zone control. The air handler is dedicated to the room being conditioned and is controlled by a wireless remote. Antique Gas Pumpers. The Antique Gas Pump vending BizOp has been discussed before. Most of the efforts are currently being directed at charities because space might be donated by a Location and the Operator gets to keep 100% of the cash box. Cleaner, especially for the charity which receives a guarnteed payment. The Pumper size of just over 5 ft or 7 ft makes it an extremely visible 24/7 marketing tool for the charity or any other participant, for that matter; possibly even a Trade Exchange billboard. U.S-based manufacturer manufacturer has an agreement with Children's Miracle Network as one charity example. The Artifact version doesn't vend, of course; it simply sits on display in a corner, a rumpus room, a yard, a farmyard, whatever. It can represent the traditional antique Shell, Mobilgas, Texaco, etc., Pumper designations or can be rejigged to promote any theme. For example, special artifacts have been created for individual NHL team hockey promotions; one has been created to represent at least one fanatical Canadian football province; yet another is being designed to represent a flagship team in U.S. college ball. The potential applications are endless.

MGO Board can be used for a number of applications including wall and ceiling linings, fascias, soffi ts, tile backing and underlayments. It is made of magnesium oxide, a type of mineral cement, and is commonly called simply "MgO" due to its chemical composition of magnesium and oxygen.
Think of MgO as a type of sheathing board–sort of like drywall or cement board–but with much-improved characteristics such as fire resistance, weatherability, strength, resistance to mold and mildew, and so on. MgO is available in many forms, and for building construction comes in various thicknesses and sheet sizes. It also comes in various grades, such as smooth finishes, rough textures, and utility grades. It is white, beige or light gray in color, and has a "hard" sound when rapped with your knuckles–somewhat like portland cement board. There are dozens of companies that make MgO board, most of which are in Asia. There are several large producers, but most are small local manufacturers who serve a region.
